Neck Coolies for Soldiers

1. Cut a piece of fabric (neutral tones) 42” x 5.5”
2. Fold right sides together and sew with a ¼ “ seam along the raw edges leaving approximately 3” open in the middle for turning
3. Turn right side out and press.
4. Sew a line of stitching 11” from either end of the strip.  This should leave at least 20” between sewing lines.
5. Sprinkle ½ Tablespoon or less of the crystals into the center segment
6. Turn in the opening and whip stitch closed.
